Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop gets 30 days free. You run your shop on it for real during the trial, and you pay only when you pick a plan.
Why do you charge for orders and not for staff?
Because your shop earns per order, not per login. Each plan includes a year of orders, so adding a helper at the counter never costs extra.
What happens if I use up my orders?
We let you know in the product. You can top up with an order pack or move to a bigger plan, and your data stays available either way.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown without GST. GST is added at checkout, and a GST-registered shop can claim it back as input credit.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose. Leave whenever you want and take your data with you.
